How much SCAI new definition of MI procedure differs from the Universal one?

The new definition of MI after revascularization of SCAI differs in several respects from that of the universal definition of MI procedure in 2012 , which was drafted by a joint working group representing the ESC , ACC, AHA , and the World Heart Federation. Among the major differences are:
SCAI new defintion of Myocardial Infarction

1 . creatine kinase - MB
SCAI recommends creatine kinase - MB, rather than troponin elevation to define MI procedure.
2 .  injury amount:
SCAI The proposal requires a greater amount of injury procedure to meet the definition of " clinically relevant MI
e.g " 10x the upper limit of normal for CK- MB (or CK- MB is not available , a rise 70 times in troponin ) against 5 x ULN for troponin in the universal definition.
3 . Evidence of ischemia:
SCAI The proposal does not require evidence of ischemia , whereas the universal definition requires " ischemic context" (ie , chest pain , ECG changes , angiographic signs of a procedural complication or a new abnormal wall motion ) to meet the definition of MI .
